I spent three comfortable and productive weeks at Hummingbird House, concentrating on finishing my novel with zero distractions in a completely beautiful, creative environment. I really appreciated the variety of places around the property where I could settle down to write, both outside in several spots on the terrace and also inside at the desk, couch or kitchen. The quiet and solitude of the gorgeous mountain and desert views contributed to a truly inspiring setting. I don’t think I’ve ever been as happy writing as in this spectacular Santa Fe retreat!

What an incredible place for a retreat. Hummingbird House is a lovely casita with everything I needed to be comfortable during a week of intensive work on my novel. Santa Fe is my favorite place in the world, and the casita offers stunning, private views of the landscape and sky.
